3. Use of the results of the WLP project in the development of partnership cooperation
During the funded period the WLP project has been developing common products and preparing joint results. At the same time the project has become increasingly aware of the different preconditions for promoting workplace learning partnerships in different countries. This has been taken into account in the following ways:
- The national activities of the WLP partners have been shaped on the bases of country-specific ‘piloting agendas’. These have taken into account the possibilities to undertake preparatory studies, to launch actual pilot activities and to promote knowledge transfer.
- At the end of the project the website presents the WLP partners’ areas as the main entry to the results of the WLP project. The partners’ areas provide relate the joint resources and findings to country-specific search profiles and users’ interests.
- When presenting and utilising the results it is essential to make a distinction between targeted piloting within curriculum development, targeted micro-piloting with specific key initiatives and open-ended piloting within more comprehensive development processes.
