Introduction to the Workshop tools

The creation of workplace learning has to be grounded on several critical factors and on metching interests between training providers and partner enterprises. Therefore, the promoters of such initiatives have to consider different key themes that can be critical for launching successful partnership creation processes. The following sections present three support tools for workshop facilitators who try to promote workplace learning partnerships.

The third workshop tool focuses on examining the specific issues regarding the development workplace learning and on the implications for local or regional cooperation. In this respect the tool makes links to the different national cases in the WLP project.
