Tutorial Tools - The "KLearn" presentations on underlying pedagogic issues
Introduction to the "KLearn" presentations
In the context of the European pilot project "Work & Learning Partners" (WLP) the "KLearn" presentations were introduced gradually for internal discussion. The heading "KLearn" refers to the idea of promoting "Knowledge upon one's own learning". The existing set of Power point presentations draws attention to certain pedagogic issues and tensions related to the development of workplace learning and partnership cooperation.
The "KLearn" presentations have been structured in the following way:
- Orientative presentations
- KLearn 1A: Introduction to the WLP project
- KLearn 1B: Introduction to the planning cycle and to related pedagogc issue
- Differentiated presentations
- KLearn 2A: Issues on individual learning
- KLearn 2B: Issues on organisational learning
- Profiling presentations on the impact or traditional didactic approach
- KLearn 3A: Traditional didactic approaches and the support for individual learning
- KLearn 3B: Traditional didactic approaches and the level of organisational measures
- Profiling presentations on the impact of personalised and collaborative pedagogies
- KLearn 4A: Personalised/collaborative approaches to individual learning
- KLearn 4B: Personalised/collaborative approaches to organisational learning.
