This is an immediate response from the middle of the WLP session discussing the web-based tools and their utilisation in the WLP project. It appears that we are heading towards a discussion that will progress at three levels: a) the tools and instruments that help individual learners to present their own learning ("Backpack"), b) the tools and instruments that help training providers and enterprises to negotiate the arrangements that are needed to promote workplace learning ("Interface") and c) the tools and instruments that help us to aggregate the core characteristics of competences in European and transnational contexts ("Aggregation").
