In reference to point 1.b , Pekka is talking about "social Web" and possibly "community of practice " is also involved in the concept. I wonder if we have a good understanding of what we are trying to develop and support. Probably we have to pay attention to some research work done by others and import in our project the idea and methodology used in the best cases known. In alernative, may be we should "expand and research the concept" to be able to make a clear statement when we approach companies and training providers. Regards Elmo De Angelis
