The German Dissemination Area (in English)
This page has been designed for the German partners' dissemination activities (English version).
Key messages
The secondary analyses of the prior German projects on workplace learning partnerships demonstrate bring forward several innovative features of such partnerships. These potentials cannot be transplanted by mere organisational models for partnerships and networks. The innovative spirit has to be found anew from the context of vocational learning and from the utilisation of competences. In this process digital media and e-portfolios can play a role.
